Grand Partners Inc. recently sold a Santa Ana industrial building to ADM Works for $1.9 million.

ADM plans to add equipment and machines at the 17,550-square-foot facility to accommodate growing customer demand, according to real estate brokerage 360 Commercial Partners.

The building is at 1343 E. Wilshire Ave.

Brokers involved in the deal included 360 Commercial’s Matt Christensen and Steve Wagner, as well as Tom MacKinnon of Commercial Pacific Real Estate Services.
