A vacant Laguna Beach storefront that was recently purchased for $1.13 million will become an art gallery, according to CoStar Group Inc. The 2,703-square-foot retail property, at 670 S. Coast Highway, was sold for about $420 per square foot.
The space was used as an art gallery in the past, according to CoStar.
Brokers involved in the deal were Sherry Gao of CB Platinum Commercial, who represented the buyer, Kavita Reddy.
American Continental Bank was the seller, and it was represented by Phil Cohen, Ryan Harman and Dylan Gormly of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
