Voit Real Estate Services Inc. says it has directed seven transactions, five of which involved Orange County properties. Woogie Investments Inc. purchased a 40,060-square-foot industrial property at 3433 W. Harvard St. in Santa Ana for nearly $2.5 million. The seller was Harvard 5 Partners. A Stanton manufacturing building was sold for about $1.2 million. The facility is 12,556 square feet. Another deal involved Saddleback Associates purchasing a $2.5 million Aliso Viejo industrial property at 27402 Aliso Viejo Parkway. The seller of the 16,240-square-foot facility was Ossur Americas Inc. Other deals included the sales of an industrial property at 1770 E. Miraloma Ave. in Placentia for $802,930, and a Newport Beach office property for $675,000. The latter property is at 2072 Orchard Ave.
