Brokers involved in the deal for the office space included CBRE’s Dean Chandler and Allison Schneider.
The landlord of the roughly 26-year-old class A complex is KBS Realty Advisors.
The Dupont Centre, which is near John Wayne Airport, has two buildings and totals about 250,800 square feet.
