An office park in Mission Viejo is expected to have a new tenant arrive in April: Irvine-based Premier Business Centers.

More than 12,140 square feet have been leased to the executive suite operator at Mission Ridge, which has a four-story building that CoStar Group Inc. describes as a facility “built with an advanced technology infrastructure with corporate visibility.”

The address for the business’ space—which is being built out and will include a lobby, offices and other features, according to CoStar—is 27101 Puerta Real, suite 300.
