Huntington Beach-based TSW Alloy Wheels will open a distribution center in Westminster following a nearly $7.3 million buy. The 74,107-square-foot industrial facility—at 14600 Hoover St.—cost $98 per square foot. Kyowa America Corp. was the seller.
The class A property was acquired to accommodate TSW’s “growing operation,” according to 360 Commercial Partners in Irvine.
Brokers involved in the deal were Steve Schloemer of Colliers International and Steve Wagner of 360 Commercial Partners. Schloemer represented Kyowa, and Wagner represented the buyer.
