The plaza—located at 1631-1641 E. 17th St.—sold for $2.95 million and is 11,525 square feet.
Brokers involved in the deal were Ben Yi of Masters Realty Group, as well as Eric Wohl, who is with Hanley Investment Group.
Yi represented North Road, while Wohl represented Edron.
