Five leases were recently negotiated for spaces at 5 Points Plaza in Huntington Beach. Ten-year leases were signed by Kahoots Pet Store, which has a 7,311-square-foot space; Bliss Nails and Spa, which has 1,166 square feet; and a gourmet waffle sandwich restaurant that inked a deal for 1,156 square feet. Fashion accessories store Charming Charlie also inked a 10-year deal for an 11,600-square-foot space. A five-year lease was signed for CloudMover Day Spa, which has a 1,920-square-foot space. 5 Points Plaza is at 18501 Main St. The brokers involved in all the deals were Sharon Courtway of Tustin-based Present Value Properties Inc.; Phil Berry and Ed Hoban of Commercial West Brokerage Inc.; and Linda Eddy of The Eddy Co.
