Fresh Food Concepts will move its headquarters to 11215 Knott Ave. in Cypress, where it’s signed a five-year lease. The company will keep its distribution operations at its Buena Park facility, according to CBRE, which had brokers work on the deal. The 11,630-square-foot office space also will include the company’s Innovation Center, where research and development will take place and recipes will be tested, CRBE said. The landlord of the free-standing building is Warland Investments Co. of Santa Monica. Brokers involved in the deal were Ryan Peterson, Steve Young and Brian DeRevere.
