Two apartment complexes for senior citizens, including one in Rancho Santa Margarita, were recently sold to Clarion Partners for $64.5 million. The other property is an assisted living facility in Rancho Cucamonga. Sold by Kisco Senior Living, the 115-unit Buena Vida Apartments in Rancho Santa Margarita has a fitness center, pool, theater and several other amenities. It’s at 30824 La Miranda. The other complex in Rancho Cucamonga—the Village on the Green—has 224 units. The deal worked out to about $110 per square foot.
