The Cypress Meadows Apartments complex, which sits on three-quarters of an acre of land in Anaheim, was recently sold to a private investor. The name of the investor was not disclosed. The two buildings were sold for $2.5 million by a family trust, a sale that works out to about $113,636 per unit. Located at 227 S. Canoga Place, the 22-unit multi-family complex was built in 1963. It mostly has one-bedroom units, with the exception of two units that have two bedrooms each. The broker involved in the deal was Alex Mogharebi of Hendricks & Partners, but no broker represented the buyer.
