LEASE

AGR Group California LLC, a provider of marketing and other services to energy companies, leased a 17,636-square-foot office building at 1540 E. Warner Ave. in Santa Ana. The company plans to relocate its headquarters from Garden Grove. The Santa Ana lease is for seven years and is valued at $1.8 million.

AGR helps energy companies with customer service, field and office services, and other tasks. The company also has operations in Las Vegas and Florida. Stefan Rogers of Voit Real Estate Services represented AGR in the lease. Mike Hartel and Kevin Turner of Voit represented landlord REEF Brookhollow Inc., part of San Francisco-based RREEF Funds LLC.
