Streamline Avionics Inc., a manufacturer of electrical components for the airline industry, signed a three-year, $500,000 lease at 17672 Armstrong Ave. in Irvine. The company currently has its headquarters on Reynolds Avenue in Irvine and plans to relocate in March. The new space is smaller and a better fit for current operations, according to Streamline officials. The company said it was attracted to the new building’s high-voltage capacity and ground floor location. The building will require minimal tenant improvements, according to officials. Zach Zanolli of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented Streamline. Steve Wagner of 360 Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Dohn Trempala.
