The company plans to use the space as an office and warehouse. The deal marks a 3,500-square-foot expansion for Zipz. Karen Sunday of Karen Sunday & Associates Inc. represented Zipzshoes. Landlord Olen Properties Corp. was represented by Maria Meyer. Zipzshoes is known for its interchangeable sneakers that have zippers along the soles for changing out designs. The company sells shoes in the U.S. and more than 25 other countries, including China, Canada, Mexico, Britain, Dubai, and Egypt.
