Vision Tech America Inc., a maker of rear-view cameras and other auto products, paid $755,000 for a 5,700-square-foot industrial building at 1452 E. Valencia Drive in Fullerton. The company previously was based in Whittier, where it leased a smaller building. The company wanted to own a building instead of renting, according to a Vision Tech spokesman. The new building is set to serve as Vision Tech’s headquarters and for storage. The building sold for $132 per square foot. About six employees are set to work at the Fullerton building. Michael Hefner and Michael Vernick of Voit Real Estate Sercices represented the seller, SCIF Fullerton LLC, and the buyer.
