The three-year lease is valued at $750,000. Ramp Logistics plans to use the building for its headquarters as well as warehousing and distribution. The company formerly was based in Los Alamitos. It is sharing the 185,000-square-foot Huntington Beach building with two other companies. Ramp Logistics was represented by Adam Deierling and Chris Sheehan of Colliers International and Ryan Peterson of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. Costa Mesa-based landlord Burke Real Estate Group Inc. represented itself. Ramp Logistics was founded in Costa Mesa in 2002.
