Electronic Waveform Lab Inc., a maker of electronic devices used by athletes and others in physical therapy, bought a 27,731-square-foot industrial building in Huntington Beach at 5702 Bolsa Ave. The company previously leased a building nearby on Beach Boulevard. The new site allows Electronic Waveform to have its offices and manufacturing in the same building. The building sold for $3.3 million. It is the largest sale of an industrial building in Huntington Beach so far this year, according to Steve Wagner of 360 Commercial, which represented Electornic Waveform. The company plans to spend about $630,000 on tenant improvements. The contractor is Costa Mesa-based JLC Associates. H. Hendy Associates in Newport Beach is the architect. The company is set to move in January.
