HSJQ USA LLC, a cabinet and tile distributor, paid $7.4 million for a 57,600-square-foot warehouse at 3400 E. Miraloma Ave. in Anaheim. The company formerly was in City of Industry. The warehouse was built by Irvine-based Sares-Regis Group after it bought land for the project from Anaheim-based Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. in 2009. The building and two others put up by Sares-Regis are part of a 6.3-acre industrial center called Canyon Point. The other two buildings still are for sale. Dennis Keane and Adam Dzierzynski of Lee & Associate’s City of Industry office represented HSJQ USA. Sares-Regis was represented by Brad Bierbaum and Ian Britton of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.
