Easter Seals Southern California Inc. bought a 10,375-square-foot office building at 1570 E. 17th St. in Santa Ana. The value of the sale was undisclosed. The building was purchased from another nonprofit, the local arm of the American Lung Association. Easter Seals provides services to adults and children with disabilities. The group previously leased a building on Edinger Avenue in Santa Ana. The acquired building, which was built in 1963, is set to serve as Easter Seals’ headquarters and is being updated with improvements donated by local businesses. The renovations are expected to be complete in January. Bob Hoyt of Colliers International represented the American Lung Association.
