Endless Food and Fun leased a 47,000-square-foot retail space at 7227 Edinger Ave. in Huntington Beach and plans to open a family fun entertainment center with games and a buffet. The company is taking part of a 65,000-square-foot building that used to be home to a Thomasville home furnishings store. Owner and developer Andrew Pereira runs a similar fun center in Upland. The Huntington Beach center is expected to open in August. The value of the 10-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Mike Brownell of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant. Dan Samulski and John Scruggs of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented landlord Freeway Industrial Park LLC.
