Community Action Partnership of Orange County leased an 86,300-square-foot warehouse at 11870 Monarch St. in Garden Grove. The nonprofit is going to use the industrial building for its local headquarters and the Orange County Food Bank, which sorts and distributes food to poor families and individuals. It’s a local move for the company, which previously was in a Garden Grove warehouse on Knott Street. The value of the 10.3 year lease wasn’t disclosed. Wayne Lamb and Jeff Cecil of Cresa Partners LLC represented the tenant. Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates represented landlord Homme David V/tr.
