San Antonio, Texas-based Clear Channel Communications Inc. renewed the lease of its 19,633-square-foot office building at 27071 Aliso Creek Road in Aliso Viejo. The site is home to subsidiary Lan International, which makes software to manage advertising space and revenue for radio stations. The unit’s software is used by some 1,900 radio stations across the U.S., according to Lan International. The 6.6-year lease is valued at $2.8 million. Craig DeMiranda of Lee & Associates represented Clear Channel. John Harty and Mike Coppin of Voit Real Estate Services represented landlord Arden Realty Inc.
