Advertising and marketing company Brand Up LLC doubled its space with a headquarters move from 17280 Red Hill Ave. in Irvine to 9950 Research Drive in Irvine. Terms of the lease for the 9,920-square-foot office building weren’t disclosed. Brand Up has regional offices in Boston and Washington, D.C. The marketer which started in 2005, counts big companies as clients, including Disney Worldwide Services, Lennar Corp., Microsoft Corp. and Public Broadcasting Service, among others. Eric Lyon of Real Estate & Logistics Technology represented the tenant. Kirk Cole of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented landlord SLE Metal Inc.
