Petro-Diamond Inc., a trader of oil and other petroleum products that’s part of Japan’s Mitsubishi Corp., moved its headquarters from Laguna Niguel to 1100 Main St. in Irvine. Petro-Diamond, which started in 1983, runs the Petro-Diamond Terminal Co. oil facility in Long Beach. The company acquired its two-story office building near John Wayne Airport for $4 million. The 17,790-square-foot building sold for $225 per square foot. Kevin Turner of Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Dean Chandler, Jeffrey Morgan, Anthony De Lorenzo, John Read, Pat Scruggs and Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented seller, the Mike Ferry Organization, a Las Vegas-based company that trains people to buy and sell real estate.
