Venture Design Services Inc., part of Singapore’s Venture Corp., renewed its lease of a 63,532-square-foot industrial building at 1051 S. East St. in Anaheim. Venture makes circuit boards and other electronics for other companies. The company first leased the Anaheim building in 2005 to combine several local operations. At the time, Venture Design moved about 200 workers from Santa Ana and 50 workers from Foothill Ranch and Lake Forest. Venture Design’s parent company has yearly sales of about $4 billion. Customers include Agilent Technologies Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co. and IBM Corp. The six-year Anaheim lease is valued at $2.1 million. Leland Bruce and Mitch Lundquist of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented Venture Design. Mitch Zehner of Voit Real Estate Services represented landlord GRE Anaheim Tech Center LP, part of Newport Beach’s Greenlaw Partners.
