Work has started on an expansion of The Ranch Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim, owned by Extron Electronics Inc. Chief Executive Andrew Edwards.
The high-end restaurant, which has a wine cellar and live country music, occupies 20,000 square feet on the ground floor of the Extron headquarters at 1025 E. Ball Road.
The expansion, which will be on the sixth floor of the Extron building, includes a 200-seat space for special events, two private dining rooms, and an 18-seat kitchen for classes.
Work is expected to be completed by the summer.
Extron makes audiovisual system equipment and has at least $150 million in annual sales, according to a Business Journal estimate.
