Irvine Company said it plans to add a Nordstrom Rack store to its 120-tenant lineup at The Market Place shopping center in Tustin and Irvine.
The discount retail division of Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. will move this fall into a 32,500-square-foot space at 2882 El Camino Real in Tustin formerly occupied by children’s retailer Toys “R” Us.
“As one of the country’s most popular brands in fashion, we anticipate Nordstrom Rack will become a huge draw for our Tustin and Irvine communities,” said Easther Liu, chief marketing officer for Irvine Co.’s retail properties.
The Market Place’s other tenants include Cost Plus World Market, Target, T.J. Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, TAPS Fish House and Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks.
