A pair of church properties and a redeveloped Irvine office that’s set to include a motocross track on its grounds drew plaudits in a recent gala showcasing Orange County’s most notable commercial real estate transactions in 2012.
The SPIRE awards, an annual event put on by the OC chapter of the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network was held on Feb. 28 at the Center Club in Costa Mesa.
The event featured Irvine Company Executive Vice President Steve Case as its keynote speaker, with First American Financial Corp. Executive Chairman Parker Kennedy presenting awards. A crowd of about 250 included executives from local development companies, construction companies, architects, lenders and brokerages.
