Casa Laguna Inn & Spa, a boutique hotel in Laguna Beach, has sold on undisclosed terms.
The buyer was Villa Carlotta LLC in Los Angeles and the seller was Casa Laguna Inc. in Montreal.
PRG Investment and Management Inc. in Los Angeles has been named the new management company for the hotel, which is located at 2510 South Coast Highway.
Irvine-based Atlas Hospitality Group’s Alan Reay, Oliver Shah and Justin Myers brokered the deal for the 22-room hotel, which was built in 1924 and renovated in 2000.
The boutique is located on about one-half acre of land, and overlooks the ocean. It has won several awards in the luxury, small, and historic hotel categories, according to Atlas.
Rooms range from about $150 to more than $600 a night, according to the Inn’s website.
The property last traded hands in 2000 for about $2.4 million, according to CoStar Group property records.
