Two homes recently traded hands above $8 million in Orange County.
Paul and Lili Daftarian of The Daftarian Group represented the buyer and seller in the trade of 15 Sailcrest, a 12,147-square-foot Newport Coast home that sold at the end of last month for $10.4 million.
That deal followed the $8.4 million sale of 3528 Ocean Blvd., a 4,049-square-foot Corona del Mar home with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.
The two April deals follow the $20.6 million sale of 18 Coral Ridge in Newport Beach; and 25 Beach View Ave., a five-bedroom Dana Point home that sold for $14.5 million.
Eight homes in the county traded hands at or above the $8 million mark in April 2019, for total volume of $95.4 million, according to data from Zillow.
