• A Mediterranean-style home at 177 Crescent Bay also sold on April 4, for $4.1 million. It was listed for $4.4 million in February. The 3,652-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has a kitchen with calacatta vagli marble, a 48-inch range with dual ovens and a solid copper vent hood, subzero refrigerator, and a farm sink with solid brass fixtures. • A three-story custom home in Emerald Bay closed out the strong sales week. The residence at 81 Emerald Bay sold for $6.8 million and closed April 5. It was listed for $7.8 million in October.

The five-bedroom, 5 ½-bath home is 6,000 square feet and sits on a 6,549-square-foot lot overlooking Emerald Bay’s private beach. An elevator, three fireplaces, a private office, two expansive ocean-view decks, and 24-hour gated security are among the amenities found in the traditional-style home.
