Cypress-based swimsuit maker Manhattan Beachwear LLC has signed a lease on a 191,000 square-foot location in Buena Park, where it plans to set up a warehouse and distribution center.
“We are consolidating the three locations into approximately the same square footage all in one new location,” David Trinkle, the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, said in a statement. “We are also changing how we utilize the space…to store and pick our products more efficiently.”
The building, located on 6300 Valley View Street, features 26- to 30-foot ceilings, two secured yard areas, and it is currently undergoing an additional upgrade.
