Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro Inc. raised $150,000 at its annual golf tournament and gave $25,000 to six Orange County charities. The recipients: Acacia Adult Day Services in Garden Grove, Collette’s House in Huntington Beach, Hope University in Anaheim, Miracles for Kids in Tustin, Santa Ana-based Royal Family Kids Camp and WisePlace in Santa Ana.

The Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach raised $180,000 at its annual Art of Giving Gala. The money will go toward maintaining the group’s youth programs. The club’s Shining Star program also raised more than $57,000 for after- school programs, sports leagues and summer camps.

The Cystinosis Research Foundation in Irvine raised $1.3 million at its annual Natalie’s Wish event. An auction raised $89,200. The remaining $1.2 million came from donations. The foundation supports research into cystinosis, a metabolic disease.

Mission Viejo-based Mission Hospital Foundation’s annual gala raised $900,000 for the hospital. The foundation supports Mission Hospital by raising funds.

Wells Fargo & Co. named two Orange County nonprofits as grant winners. The Orange County Small Business Development Center, an economic development program of Rancho Santiago Community College District, and Goodwill of Orange County are among 12 nonprofits in California sharing the $1.2 million grant.

Fountain Valley’s Coastline Community College raised $178,562 for students at its Visionary of the Year Awards. The event received money for the Coastline Foundation through sponsorships, ticket sales and silent auction purchases.

Concordia University in Irvine, a private religious college, raised $160,000 at its Gala of Stars benefit. The event raised $60,000 more than last year’s gala. Students participated as performers, greeters and servers.

The Padre Foundation’s annual fashion show raised $75,000. The foundation in Orange provides help to those with Type 1 diabetes. The money will support the group’s classes and programs.

Girls Inc. of Orange County in Costa Mesa received $30,000 from Comerica Bank during the annual Comerica Bank Women’s Business Symposium. Girls Inc. helps girls ages 4 through 18 to achieve goals, improve self-esteem and prepare for college.

Garden Grove’s Southern California Hospice Foundation raised $29,000 at its annual charity golf tournament. Proceeds will benefit families, caregivers and patients nearing death.

Irvine-based O’Neil Software Inc. raised $21,000 for the Orange County Ronald McDonald House during the company’s 2010 conference in Huntington Beach. Participants created paintings of the Ronald McDonald House, which were put up for bid, along with other items, in a silent auction.

Capital Group Companies Charitable Foundation in Irvine gave $12,500 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, which matches mentors to children in need. Capital Group employees are volunteer mentors for the group.

Saddleback Memorial Foundation and Saddleback Memorial’s Baby Alumni Club raised $8,000 to benefit women and children’s services at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills. The money helps fund programs such as free infant CPR and safety classes, and childbirth and parenting classes.

Irvine-based Toshiba America Inc., part of Japan’s Toshiba Corp., donated products to several Haitian earthquake relief groups including Habitat for Humanity Inter-national, MercyCorps and Yéle Haiti Foundation. The donations are set to help with reconstruction efforts including housing, job creation and communication needs. The products offered include laptops, mini notebooks, portable camcorders, televisions and photocopiers.

The Hotel Hanford in Costa Mesa, part of Newport Beach-based Hanford Hotels Inc., donated nearly 200 pieces of furniture and accessories to Newport Beach’s Furnishing Hope, a nonprofit that helps needy families.
