Lynn Nguyen has been named manager of Wells Fargo & Co. in its Newport Beach office. Nguyen previously served as a manager in Rancho Santa Margarita and has been with the company for four years.
Los Angeles-based City National Bank has named Charles Mariano vice president and manager in its Costa Mesa office. Mariano previously served as manager of Citigroup Inc.’s Irvine Citibank branch. He will oversee the bank’s customer service and business development efforts.

Debra Kaufman has joined Costa Mesa-based staffing company Arrowmac as an account manager and recruiter. She will specialize in the interactive and Web developer division of the company. Kaufman has been in the staffing industry for seven years.
Irvine executive search agency Cerius Inc. hired Jason Dominicak as regional vice president of client solutions. He is a founding member of San Diego State University’s president’s leadership fund, a member of the Orange County Business Council and Stand Up for Kids in Southern California.
Andrew Osler has been promoted to managing director of technology at Kforce Inc. for the Los Angeles region. He will be based in its Irvine office. Osler will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment operations in the Irvine, Culver City, Encino and Westlake Village offices. He has been with the staffing company for four years.

Investment firm Strategic Global Advisors LLC in Newport Beach hired Sam King as director of marketing. King previously was a marketing professional with Smith Breeden Associates Inc. and Trusco Capital Management Inc.

Healthcare Data Solutions hired Mitchell Wil-son as vice president of finance and administration in its Lake Forest office. Wilson previously was executive vice president and chief financial officer of First American Corp.’s professional real estate services division in Santa Ana. Healthcare Data Solutions builds databases for hospitals and healthcare practitioners.
St. Joseph Hospital in Orange has named George Moro as chief of staff. Moro will continue to practice as a colorectal surgeon. He is a member of several medical societies including the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the American Medical Asso-ciation. Moro also is co-medical director of the colorectal program at St. Joseph Hospital.

Barry Zimmermann has been appointed government relations chair for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Zimmerman is president of Newport Beach-based BGA Insurance. He will be responsible for the association’s legislative program, its political involvement committee and political action committee.

Anaheim-based Community SeniorServ Inc. has named Holly Hagler chief executive. SeniorServ provides services for the elderly such as Meals on Wheels and adult day care services. Hagler previously was chief of staff for the Crystal Cathedral Ministries in Garden Grove. She also is the founding president of the Drucker Society of Orange County.
