Reshma Dalia and Mandy McNeil of Newport Beach-based Alliant Insurance Services Inc. were honored at the 2012 Women to Watch competition, held by industry publication Business Insurance.
Dalia is senior vice president of operations and finance at Alliant’s construction services group in Los Angeles. McNeil heads Moore-McNeil LLC, a Nashville company owned by Alliant.
Alliant is the largest insurance broker in Orange County, with $54.5 million in annual revenue last year. The company announced last month that it was being acquired by New York-based investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP on undisclosed terms. Alliant had been part of Blackstone Group LP in New York since 2007, when it reportedly fetched $1.1 billion for the sale.
Bloomberg recently reported Alliant also is seeking a $680 million term loan from JPMorgan Chase & Co. for the acquisition.
