Windfall Brings Fisker Opportunity, Critics; Guv Pitches OCPAC Fest

Landing a half-billion-dollar, low-interest federal loan to make plug-in hybrid cars is a coup for tiny Irvine-based Fisker Automotive, its celebrated CEO/designer Henrik Fisker and its big Silicon Valley backer, VC firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.
