IN THE NEWS: Company predominately built in LA until it received a cash infusion from Oaktree Capital about five years ago; expanded into OC about two years ago, around the same time the local market was booming, in part driven by homeowner relocations from Los Angeles and San Francisco.
NOTEABLE: Had about 30 projects underway locally as of August, with focus on redeveloping older homes into more upscale ones in coastal neighborhoods.
