CEO, FIVE POINT HOLDINGS
WHY: Heads one of California’s largest developmental firms, with plans for 40,000 homes and 23 million square feet of planned commercial opportunities on land Five Point owns, including Irvine’s Great Park Neighborhoods. Previously served as president of land sales and homebuilding for Irvine Co.
