NOTABLE: Previously worked for Jack in the Box, which in 2022 bought Lake Forest-based business. His newer leadership team is currently working to optimize Del Taco’s marketing, media and menu simplification strategy, along with improving margins, speed of service and reigniting traffic, according to parent company.
