IN THE NEWS: The company sold a low-rise office building in Irvine for $11.2M to DTMM Properties LLC, a company that has ties to Newport Beach-based MLC Media Inc., a content creation and radio services firm that caters to the Hispanic market. The building served as Bassman Blaine’s showroom and headquarters.
NOTABLE: The property at 2485 McCabe Way sold for $539 PSF, the second-priciest sale on a per-square-foot basis in Irvine since 2019.
