IN THE NEWS: The homebuilder has already started work on the project, which would bring 129 townhomes to 6.3 acres of land at 7225 and 7227 Edinger Ave. The two retail buildings, spanning 109,348 square feet, have already been demolished.

NOTABLE: Essex + Gage, as the project is called, is Landsea’s first land purchase in Huntington Beach.
