WHY: Overseeing more than $700M worth of updates across the OC airport, which saw passenger levels of 11.7M as of 2023. 

IN THE NEWS: 18 new eateries and retail spots were granted 15-year leases at the airport and are set to open in over 31K SF of terminal space in fall 2025, in addition to Reynolds’ capital improvement plan that identifies over 30 projects that require upgrades over next seven years. Winner of Business Journal’s Women in Business award this year. 

NOTABLE: Alterations to include Reynolds’ new operators in the terminal space total almost $50M and are expected to bring $11.4M in annual revenue to the airport. Most of the incoming businesses are locally based in OC, including Costa Mesa-based Wahoo’s, Left Coast Brewery from San Clemente and Irvine-based Habit Burger & Grill.
