NOTABLE: Half of company’s Oceanside staff are formerly incarcerated and enrolled in rehabilitation program. Courses provided include herbal medicine, gardening, self-defense and meditation. Certified by human rights nongovernmental organization Social Accountability International. Goal is to end the cycle of incarceration.
