IN THE NEWS: Some of Shopoff’s most recent transactions were the sale of parcels in Fullerton and a property in Coachella. Shopoff Realty also earned approval for an 18-acre housing development near Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley. Shopoff’s company also secured $52M in financing for a development in Mesa, Arizona.Work is underway on a plan to build a 215-room hotel, 200-plus houses, 50 affordable apartments with 50% dedicated to the hotel workers and 19K square feet of retail on 29 acres near the Huntington Beach coast.
