WHY: Opened Irvine office for what was one of country’s largest industrial real estate investment trusts. Duke managed a 19.2-million-square-foot Southern California portfolio out of a nearly 10,000-square-foot office at the 200 Spectrum Center tower, and counted a sizeable amount of industrial holdings in the region.
