Orange County Home Sales Down 35%

Median home price still up year-over-year

Orange County’s residential transactions in October slipped 35% year-over-year, according to a Southern California market report by Irvine-based CoreLogic.

About 2,118 homes sold locally last month, down 8% from the month prior, while the median home price of $950,000 is flat from the month prior, and up 3% over last October.

The median home price is still off from its all-time peak of about $1.05 million seen in April of this year.
