Newport Beach-based MIG Real Estate LLC has purchased the 208-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Breckenridge in Colorado from Vail Resorts, Inc. for an undisclosed price.
It’s the 18th hotel and fourth resort in the portfolio of MIG, the real estate investment offshoot of the Merage family office.
“The asset is an exciting addition to MIG’s growing portfolio of hotels located in highly desirable, leisure-driven markets with strong operating fundamentals,” MIG Hotel Acquisitions Manager Kyle Halbrook said in a statement.
MIG will “reposition the asset in the coming year geared towards year-round resort activities, with curated amenities, premium dining and equipment rentals for a variety of mountain activities.”
