Costa Mesa-based bank software company MeridianLink Inc. (NYSE: MLNK) said industry veteran Larry Katz will become the company’s new CFO as of April 1, succeeding Sean Blitchok.
Katz has served in various leadership positions, including CFO roles, at both private and public companies. His experience spans companies including StubHub, Genesys, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and The Walt Disney Co.
Blitchok will maintain an advisory role with the company through Sept. 30.
Shares in MeridianLink rose less than 1% to $18.26 apiece for a market cap of $1.4 billion
