Agreement announced in December

Foothill Ranch-based TAE Technologies, which is seeking to develop nuclear fusion energy to generate electricity, said today it has received $200 million in cash from President  Trump’s Media and Technology Group under the terms of a merger announced in December.
TAE said in a statement that an additional $100 million is available to the company upon the filing of a Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
TAE also said its leaders had completed visits to Alabama, Ohio and Texas to find a site for its first fusion power plant. There was no word on when a site would be chosen.
