Wireless infrastructure provider Boldyn Networks said Christos Karmis has been appointed Group Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Karmis, who currently serves as CEO of Boldyn Networks US, will continue to oversee the company’s largest and fastest growing market while stepping into the global leadership role, according to a company announcement today.
Boldyn US, headquartered in Irvine, provides open access networks to a wide array of sites ranging from public transit systems to airports and military bases as well as sports and entertainment venues. It is the 10th-largest company on the Business Journal’s list of OC’s largest Telecommunications and Wireless Companies ranked by the number of local employees.
